Then make your venue an OAVL venue, with our new subscription based service!

With the OAVL VENUE monthly subscription package, your venue will get : 

- 5 labor hours per month

- 3 hours of over the phone consulting work per month

- 5 Hours of equipment rental per month

- Discounted rates on additional labor and rentals (15% off)

Pricing:

- For venues seating 150 persons or less:  $170 / month
- For venues seating 151 persons or more: $200 / month

terms and conditions:

The maximum occupancy of a venue's largest room is used as it's seating capacity
Labor and equipment are available on a first come, first serve basis, and may be scheduled up to 2 weeks (336 hours) in advance.


Payment is due on the 1st day of each month, and will be considered late if not received by the 7th day of the same month
If payment is not received on time, Oakes AVL Systems reserves the right to immediately cancel service.

upon cancellation of service, OAVL SYSTEMS will provide service for the remainder of the month, unless cancellation of service was caused
by a failure to pay the subscription fee.

Labor prices:
$40 / hr, minimum billable of 3 hr ($120) for one technician.
+$40 / hr for each additional technician (personnel actively involved in production, installation, design, or other technical work.)
+$22 / hr for each laborer during times when laborers are on site (laborers help with setup and tear-down and aren't present during events.)

Daily rates are negotiable for large events spanning multiple days such as festivals or conventions.

Equipment rental prices:
All equipment rental prices are decided during the quoting process to ensure the customer gets the best deal possible, rather than charging a flat day rate per piece.

Oakes AVL will rent equipment not available in its own inventory from a third party, or purchase it outright if necessary, for the sake of being as rider friendly as possible.

Note : To prevent equipment damage and ensure safety of event staff and patrons,  Oakes AVL Systems does not offer equipment rental for third party use.  all equipment rentals must be accompanied by at least one technician for the entire duration of the rental.

For events or services requiring Oakes AVL staff to travel more than 10 miles from our Oak Harbor WA HQ, a flat travel fee of $20 is applied for each vehicle used, plus the calculated price of fuel for each vehicle.  if a trailer must be used, a flat upkeep fee of $60 is applied. (this includes vehicles OAVL staff use to carpool to the job site)

If any hotel rooms, storage rentals, or vehicle/trailer rentals are required, the customer is responsible for related costs.

Due to the nature of vehicles we must use, Oakes AVL cannot use ferry boats for transportation.
